About Us

Mosaic Print Management was started in 2003 by Tony Gill and Steve Smith to create a new standard in the supply and management of print. Their background experience covers manufacturing, procurement and sales. They could see many weaknesses in traditional print procurement and production, so Mosaic focuses on providing optimum value and quality customer service.

Mosaic has developed substantial industry knowledge and has a policy of recruiting high calibre staff. This specialist resource complements and adds to our client's skills, allowing them to concentrate on their own core business activity.

Our Approach

We do not own any production facilities, so this gives us a flexible, unbiased approach to meeting client demands. Our extensive supplier database is constantly monitored, updated and quality accredited, allowing us to provide maximum cost savings.

We use our consulting expertise to provide process improvement on all matters related to optimum print management solutions. This covers brand guardianship, VAT mitigation, transfers of responsibility and the use of recognised FSC/PEFC products.

Facilities

Mosaic supports a UK-wide service, with representation in Bristol, Maidenhead, Newcastle, Plymouth and York managing over £20M of our clients' print spend. Our 60,000 square feet warehouse in York allows us to provide pick, pack, storage, banking and call centre services to a growing range of clients.
